Hi all
I have a nx73v and I could not get sound to work on GB emulation. I have read some posts talking about the MCA issues. Do you guyz have any solutions to get it fixed?
Thanks in advance.

MCA is available at aibohack.com/clie/modclieaud.htmIt should be all you need, as it "emulates" the standard sound API, and lets regularly written programs run as if nothing was different on the Clie.

Thanks. However I have already installed MCA from cliepet and the sound works in nes emulation but not in gb. Do you have any idea to sort this out? cheers

Strange. Seems like a User Problem Anyways, be sure that sound in GB is ON and you have the volume set at a decent value. Oh, and be sure to try different roms too.

Hello:
I also have problems with the sound produced by the GB module - vers. 0.8, and 0.9x. It's kind of "choppy" - sounds like it's clipping, but with a fixed period. The other modules are fine.
I'm running MCA 2.05 on a Clie NX70v.
Thanks.

Well I should've known this wouldn't work. When I try "Install and Exit" it pops up with "Install returns error 1079" No idea what it means but I'm guessing my model just won't allow this. I also checked the "Auto Install..." button but after resetting with Soft Reset, it fatally made the machine go kaput and I had to Hard Reset and restore my recently made (like, JUST before crash!) backup from MS. Oh, well, it didn't hurt to give it a shot that's for sure! Although there's the curious issue of no sound in Warfare Inc., which has since been determined to be a compatibility issue with my TJ27 and has to do with the specific type of internal speaker it has. Can't remember the specific name, but it was something the SJ22 had, and thus plays sound in that game. But that d**n handheld is only OS4, and you all know my story about that...
