hi all, I have tested with both Warpspeed and PXAclocker on my T5. Results as follows Speed 520Mhz Warpspeed = 2 savestates or 2 screen touches.... Soft Reset triggered .. (Would need a hard reset if not for crash pro) PXAclocker = Same as above Speed 585MHz Warpspeed = 1 savestate and crash PXAclocker = same and the screen whine is yelling loud... What would be the problem? DO you think that it has something to do with NVFS?? Do you think uping the bus instead of processor multiplier will result in better stability in LJP? My detailed config are as below: Palm Tungsten T5 Twinmos 1GB 60x card UDMH (LJP setting to 40000k) Warpspeed (Set to BUs = 13X16 CPU = BUS X 5 /2 = 520 MHZ) I am sticking with Warpspeed as i paid for it.... and i love to silence now (no more screen whine!!!)

If you hold your T5 screen close to your ear ... you will hear this high pitch sound and if you overclock it, it becomes louder and has some "cracking" sound. Trust me at 585Mhz .... it really loud. Try switching it on in your college library.... (i think your librarian will approach you really soon )

I decided to try Warpspeed, I installed it, configured LJP to run at 592MHz and enabled the screen noise kill feature (which works) but when I launched LJP the screen changed to multicolor lines and I couldn't reset my device so now I have to wait until the battery runs out, I did no overclocked beyond the capacity of my T|C because I had already tried the same speed with lightspeed, personally I don't recommend this product to anyone, get Lightspeed or PXAclocker instead

That means you got beyond what you should. I'm 99% sure you're confused and didn't try this speed with Lightspeed or PXA because they do the same thing. I"m pretty sure the setting they change is the same, so no point "not recommending this product". Just try small speeds and go up alowly. Beware because Warpspeed has no up limit.
I've had that color lines stuff on my T|E 2 times when I tried going above 192... only solution is hard reset (no need to wait for the battery to drain).

I fully agree with Tinnus.
Look at it this way, i overclock my T5 to 520~585 MHz from 416Mhz ( approx 25%~40% overclocking) It like a aftermarket turbo kit. Not too much of a problem
You overclocked it to 592Mhz ?? it's almost 50% overclocked.... It like a aftremarket turbo kit running high boost... Engine blow is definitely more likely.
Try running it at 40% overclock (~560Mhz) and Warpspeed will shine over PXAClocker as it kills the screen whine....

I want to apologize for my recent posts, I had send my Palm to repair and when I got it back it was buggy as hell, so apparently Warpspeed it’s not the responsible for my palm lock ups, I have sent my palm back to the lab again (free of charge) and when it comes back I’ll try Warpseed again. ;D
