For some reason, when I installed LJP, it gave me the error "Tapwave 5.0 or higher needed" so I assume I accidentally installed LJZ. (That's what the logo said.)
Did I install LJP wrong? Or did I download the wrong one?
I am an EXTREME noob to handhelds, so please forgive my stupidity.
I have a Tungsten E2 that's brand new and I ordered a 64mb addon card. Will this help?
Thanks a TON.

You must have instilled LJZ. Here is the link to the LJP instiller - DownloadP.S. Don't instill this if you don't already have a card you need a SD card to be able to use LJP. And if you do instill it remove all traces of the other version that you currently have instilled.

Okay, now I've got the emulator on. Do I HAVE to have the card to put the roms in? Or is there a more idiot proof way to put them on? Anytime I try to HotLink, it puts it in the sdcard file, and won't let me upload it directly to the PDA. Also, where are these directories located that the help files talk about? Thanks again for any help.
Sorry about being a noob...

The ROMs must be on SD, have you read the readme.txt file? There are directions there. ANyway, best bet is to buy an SD card reader (cheap and useful). (oh and it's HotSync, not HotLink )
