Advice for Tungsten E2 please

Can anyone give some advice on what to set the SNES emulator (and GBC if possible) for optimal performance? I installed the zem files and UMDH (complete with registering it). I also bought a 1 gig SD expansion card today and have been putting the stuff on there. Every now and then, I still get the fatal error crash. Are there any other files I need to put on? I greatly appreciate any help.

I think it's just a little unstable currently. Next versions will try hard on improving stability.
