Try to explain what happens when you try to run it. It's had to help without knowing the problem.
(and BTW SNES will be slow on the Treo 600. Just to warn you beforehand)

I guess your memory storage is very low. So udmh cant makes a large contigous segment. To run it decently with udmh i need at lease 20 Mo non fragmented memory on my T5. For this i had to remove all the apps i dont use, hotsync my palm. Hard reset it and hotsync to get my programs back and a clean, non fragmented memory.
Can you free about 10/12 mb on your palm with some apps you dont use (or free some memory to test then put your programs back on later ?) I had no problem with snes on my zire 71 with 8/9 mb free... but under i was unable to launch the roms.

And get the latest version of UDMH too, 5.0 and above.
