Search the forum... and read the post about making LJP work in a LifeDrive (most hints apply).
And keep one thing in mind... this "59% full" is the internal flash memory, not the real RAM... Though there's not much you can do to free the real RAM (again, see the post about LD).

By deleting things from it... use the App->Delete... menu in Launcher if you don't have something like Filez installed.

Clearing internal storage space won't help a thing. Read the post about making it work on LD and TX. (it's stickied)

Well, my guess is that you've installed ZLauncher or some other third party launcher app and are trying to launch LJP from it... Plus, did you read the other thread, including the bit about Resco Locker?
I'll repeat the salient instructions in this thread, since you don't appear to be reading the others completely.
1) In UDMH, set the reported free memory to 19260, and turn on Clean Up 2) In Resco Locker, check to see what apps have a ! after them -- disable/compress/remove as many of these as you can. 3) Use DBCache Tool to clear your cache before a soft reset, and then after you've launched the LJP launcher (via the DA -- you'll need DA Launcher or McPhling installed to do this).
As posted in most other threads, the TX has a few things to worry about managing: the NVRAM that apps are stored on has nothing to do with running apps... the TX is more like a PC. It has NVRAM (like your hard drive), and Heap RAM (like your computer's RAM). Inside that heap, there is a Database Cache that is used to cache data needed by running applications (as opposed to the rest of the Heap, which is used for things like loading the program instructions needed by the CPU). LJP needs a lot of both things; 19260KB of heap is more than enough to load the launcher, emulator module, and most games you'd want to play, but the DBCache needs at least 7300KB to play most SNES and Genesis games. If this cache gets fragmented (stuff gets loaded in by other apps and then "locked" in so it can't be removed when LJP needs it), then LJP can't load the games.
