It would basicly be as possible as using a USB gamepad to control another USB gamepad -- the Palm (except for a couple of models) is a slave device, not a master device. This means that it can be used as a peripheral, but not a USB host. Now, I think all the circuitry for using the Palm as a host is actually inside the Palm, but it isn't wired correctly for doing so. To get it to work, you'd have to: 1) open up your Palm, unsolder some jumpers, solder some other jumpers 2) write a USB host driver for the PalmOS 3) have lots of battery power 4) make sure you've got a fast CPU (300MHz+ SHOULD be able to handle this... might need 520MHz or so to run the device as a USB host AND run LJP. Might actually need 624MHz for that, come to think of it....)
So, not impossible, but not as simple as the Bluetooth Audio hack that Softick pulled off (which doesn't work with LJP) either....

you mean that the softick audio gateway doesn't work while ljp is running? why doesn't it?

Because audio gateway takes advantage of some hooks in one of Palm's audio libraries that LJP doesn't use.

1) It would never work 2) The softick thing won't either, and I won't change LJP so it works because even if it does it will be slow as hell. And I MEAN IT!
