Wut if u incorporated Quake/Doom/Heretic/Hexen/Duke 3d. And they would instead of roms show the mods or just regular game to click. Also u could have castaway which owns alot to. That would be crazy sweet

Hmm... not sure what you're asking. Quake/Doom/Heretic/Hexen/Duke 3d use .pak, .wad, and .con, .grp & .rts files, not roms. They can all play user maps, TC's, and mods, except in the cases of those needing .bat files, .deh files, source ports, etc., etc. afaik.
To see pwads, check the "Active" box under PWAD List, and to see Duke3d user maps you have to start a new game, then select user map. Quake mods have to be placed in their own self-named folder in Palm/Programs/ZQuake, but not in the ID1 folder, to show up in the PAK List.
Bear in mind that not all mods and TC's will work anyways. It's just trial and error process.

Quake, doom, hexen and heretic aren't emulated. So there is no common point with LJP.
Ljp is an emulator framework with which you launch real programs (roms) and make the work as if they where on a real console machine.
ZQuake (for exemple) is a specific PALM os compilated programe who run by itself, need no other program to work (no rom) and read (not run like ljp for the rom) the game files (.pak, .wad) to get the graphical, level and sound content of the game.
The difference is even larger than what you can think about.

That's like you want to merge the oven and the freezer just because the both of them are in the kitchen...
