The "home" icon at the far left of the beltbar should exit to the launcher.
Or tap the center of the screen to access the OnScreenDisplay, then tap "launcher" at bottom right.

i dont see a home icon
if i hit the middle then the hit the top right button

In the LJP launcher screen, tap Other > Misc , then check the box "Show Beltbar".
Now when playing a game, there should be a row of icons on the bottom of the screen.
Some lo-res screens will not show these icons, but tapping in these locations will still activate them just the same. So with the beltbar activated as above, a tap in the lower left corner of the screen should exit to the LJP launcher.
