I don't think we *need* sourceforge if hans's willing to host the website, wiki, bugtracker and what more we ask him to (or he asks himself ;D)
Only thing's missing is a CVS/SVN of sorts but that's not needed either since development's not so fast neither split between different people (remember I'm doing the new code, and MetaView is keeping the old one updated). If someone wats to look at the sources, just go there and download it from the website.

Don't worry... right now I'm unable to host SVN without upgrading to entirely new hosting plan, but we'll set up our own servers for work during the next 6 months and then you can get SVN as well...

Wow... that shouldn't happen... could you tell me the useragent string:
Just copy this to your address bar: javascript:document.getElementsByTagName("body")[0].innerHTML=(navigator.userAgent);

I always hated the word PPC because I was confusing PocketPC with PowerPC... seems like I'm not alone... I was filtering for PPC because some PocketPC Browsers report it... unfortunately all PowerPC browsers also report PPC

Is anybody updating the downloads? Probably a good idea...

Metaview's the one updating haha I might make a newspost pointing to his site anyway. If people go directly to the downloads page without looking at the rest of the site it's their fault

Yes, but I still think it's a good lesson. Don't go after the information, and you don't get the latest version. And you don't get the basic NEEDED information. You bet most of the people that just download it don't even try the README, then come here asking why it didn't work, just to find out they didn't copy the ZEMs or something.

no but seriously, it would be nice if the "official" site www.Little-John.net was updated with all of the updates that metaview has been doing ... i think its still stuck on rc7 or rc8 ...? can i volunteer to be a site administrator? i dont mind updating ...

i'm pretty well aware of that, and tried to fix it in the wordpress admin panel, but just couldn't figure out how to did it. Not to mention it just started doing that all by itself. Hans? About releases, I have made a newspost in the website pointing people to Henk's website. I'm not really sure if it's best to link there or just copy the releases to LJP's server. Maybe I should just wait until Henk says he's "finished" with bug-fixing a release and copy that a few days later, just so he gets his deserved publicity, donations and stuff

Another thing about the webpage (not really important, but annoying): Under the "news" tab, the most recent posts are at the bottom of the page. It's just sort of annoying to scroll down all that way to read a post. agreed! its completely azzbackwardz!
