NES/GB[C] works perfectly with any sound rate. Speed is great too.
SNES doesn't work (probably because of lack of memory). But instead of giving me a memory error, it just makes a small noise in the speaker and s black screen (from where I have to reset).
Using the Unlimited Dynamic Memory Hack with 10MB+ free memory I get a (unspecified) fatal exception before anything else can happen (not even the free memory dialog is shown). Maybe the T|E is limited for SNES by something other than memory (stack size?)

I did some testing on T|E and it seems the unlimited dynamic memory hack isn't perfect yet.
In fact the NES & GB modules do well with the hack activated (you can notice more free ram after pno loading and during emulation in the sys infos panel).
In the SNES module, the first big mem allocation for pno loading (about 2MB) is the cause of the crash. It works if the pno is smaller (I did some testing with a cutdown version of about 1,3MB), but then it crashes later when allocated the memory for the snes emulation core. I think I've to look deeper at this...

i can play SNES perfectly without sound on my TE with lightspeed at 180 mhz, does not matter if u have instaled the UDMH ur palm will crash when u run SNES games BUT if u just run a NES rom before u run a SNES rom, u will see u can play SNES games with no problem, it's a bug, a way u have to get to play SNES games even on a TE. dont forget to use CPU Core as ASM in the Config/other otherwise the emulation will get too slow have fun ___________________________________________ brazilian warrior ( u need to be one to live in here, lol) TE + SD card 128 mb mail: the_same_x@yahoo.com.br

I don't know wtf is going on then. My TE running UDMH and with or without Lightspeed at 192 mHz won't run any SNES rom whatsoever. Doesn't matter if inside or outside ZLauncher or if i run or not a NES game before.
It always pass the "string Null" exception.

Update. It actually works at its own will, apparently. I am using Final Fantasy VII eng. translation for test and it works many times after using Gameboy emulation and almost never (just did it once) concomitantly with Lightspeed. BTW a question: the ARM processors go on the speed that the software running asks, right? (Or something alike) If there is such a thing, I wonder if there is any way to make LJP ask for processor power without the need of Lightspeed. I know it would a pain in the ass optimizing for each device (I dream on putting my T|E at 192 for LJP) but dreaming doesn't really do any harm, right?

If a program for overclocking exists, it is indeed possible for overclocking to be invoked from inside a specific app. (possible, not easy)

Ruune, i use frame rate at 1, and i play just fine the games, but has some exception like yoshi's island i use that configuration:
video: just ''fast sprites'' selected, renderer ''fast'', frame skip ''1'', display size ''original'' and smooting disabled
audio: off, 11 khz
CPU Core: ASM
some roms u need to lelect ''SIM'' in audio options to run

whenever I try tunning Snes it states "memoryMgr.c,Lines:3635,NULL handle" others have probably noticed this but it was not posted yet I tried running the nes before but it didn't help on a good note though I ran the nes version the other day for about 3 hours before the battery was near low

Hey, just like to say your doing a great job on this emu. Thanks very much. The new version works well on my tungsten E, but when I try to power off, I get an error message: Can't Create ec. If I press ok then, it powers off just fine, when i power back on it has the same error message and if i press OK, the emulation continues. Not a big problem, but maybe you would like to know..thnx again

Has anyone tried to use an .ips file on the snes emu? I tried and it either took forever ( longer than five minutes) or it freezes I am not for sure because i got tired of waiting and did a soft reset. I am using lighspeed and UDMH and snes runs fine but i was curiuos about .ips support on ljp thnx forgot to add not using latest beta yet have to get home from school first

I've updated the ips handling for snes : it loads now 100x faster and there is a little progress bar. it will be included in next release, as a fix for autooff issue

Hello
Using the ASM core in BETA 6B, the snes module sometimes freezes up or gives a fatal alert. It seems random, sometimes it work perfect, other times you have to reset 3 to 4 times. Is this just me or do others have the same problems? Besides that the emulator works just fine!
