Why is LJP sluggish on my Tugsten E? By that I mean the frame skip is sluggish. Is it normal?

On my TX i have good framerate with an overclocking from 315 to 520 mHz.
Try warpspeed to overclock your TE, but take care to not burn it ! (dont forget to read Dmtry board to look for TE owner advices).

Use the frameskipping. 0 means it renders all frames, 1 means it skips every other frame to increase speed.
Overclock to 180 MHz. That plus frameskip 1 or 2 with no graphic filter should make GBC fast enough.
Or if you don't care, simply disable sound.

Two options for overclocking a T|E: Lightspeed or warpSpeed. Both are shareware with time-limited trials, but it's well worth it to have one of them.
