Frame Rate on LifeDrive

Hey guys!

I was wondering what the maximum FPS everyone gets with their LD's running SNES and Genesis. Responses or PMs are GREATLY appreciated.

Mine is at 57. Still a little choppier than I'd like, but there's certainly nothing else like it.

Full speed would be 60, so 57 seems quite appropriate for me ;D

To be exact, because of the way LJP does the calculations, max FPS is locked at 58. I can't say 57 would seem any slower for a normal human...

Maybe it seems choppy because you have a too big frameskip? Or auto? SNES shouldn't run at full speed with sound IIRC (much time without playing, hehe).
