First, this program is AMAZING. Thank you to all who work on it. Now, here's my problem. I'm using a Treo 700p. I had LJ working fine for awhile, mostly playing NES and GameGear games. I loaded a bunch more games of different types (VCS, SNES, etc) along with a lot of NES games (more than 50). After a few NES plays, LJ started resetting my device: sometimes as soon as I pressed something after startup, sometimes when selecting a new game system from the drop down list, no real pattern I can discern. I did a hard reset and deleted all of the directories from the SD card, same problem. After more fiddling, I tried UDMH, and at first it seemed like that solved the problem. I installed only a few GameGear games, and it was up and running. THEN, after a couple of plays, switching to another system in the drop-down list caused the device to reset again. Are there files that I should be deleting that I haven't been? There doesn't appear to be an ljp.ini file any more, and there was prior to the reset problems beginning. Any help is most appreciated. Thanks!

1) try to keep each folder to less than 50 ROMs -- each game eats up a bit of DB Cache in the launcher program, and if you have too many, you'll run out of cache (which is different than heap). 2) follow the instructions in the Lifedrive thread pinned at the top of this forum.

Thanks for the quick reply. 1) try to keep each folder to less than 50 ROMs -- each game eats up a bit of DB Cache in the launcher program, and if you have too many, you'll run out of cache (which is different than heap). Got it. 2) follow the instructions in the Lifedrive thread pinned at the top of this forum. Sorry if its right there and I'm looking right through it, but I don't see a Lifedrive pinned. Is it called something else?

Ah, very cool. Thanks. As a bonus, I get to learn something about memory. Great program, great advice. Thanks again.
