I'm having crashes with my SNES on my TX. Of course, it used to work, but I guess over the months I've been adding software something messed up (maybe). Here's what happens. When I load a SNES game (I've tried with five different games) it loads the emu screen, then says out of memory, displays the game name after a tapping the out of memory message away, and then crashes. And after reading through the bizzilion other threads on this topic here's what I've done:
I do have UDMH installed with ljp in the list (I've tried with it in and out the list, with different values for memory, as well as setting nothing at all)
I have MemUnfragment from Dmitry.
I do a flush of the cache with FlushDA and reset before trying to play (in the pattern of flush + reset + flush)
The only thing I don't have that I see people reccommend is UNCache, but I have MemUnfragment, which is a partial replacement.
I've dwittled with the settings, switching between ASM and C core. Changed the video audio settings..I don't think I've left any combination untested.
I also have 66 meg free of free ram. I've completely uninstalled LJP and gone between RC2, RC3, and RC4 (don't know what the stable version is before RC2), deleting the zem's and the prc, as well as any other files such as goodbx.zip and ljp.ini from the ljp folder (I did not delete the ROMS).
Every other gaming system works perfectly, I use gameboy quite a bit.
What am I missing?
You don't know how much it hurt to ask about yet another SNES problem after being a member here for some time..

Hmmm....that's a tough one. As I read I kept coming up with something to suggest and then in the next sentence you'd state that you already did it. So you've obviously done your homework to get this solved.
Unless Tinnus or someone with more knowledge of the inner workings than I has any insight, the next step would be to back up your data, do a hard reset, and then test again. If it works, start installing applications one by one, testing SNES after each one to find the culprit.
It's slow and painful, but sometimes it's the only way to solve problems like this (I've had to do it before - turns out the UK AIM client wasn't playing nicely with some of my apps a while ago).
Good luck, and hope you get this working again. SNES on a palm is a terrible thing to live without.

The out of memory error is caused by not enough free contiguous DB Cache. That being said, make sure you have at least 7MB of DB Cache free before playing SNES games.
MemUnfragment fixes this, as long as you don't have a bunch of other stuff pre-loading into memory (MemUnfragment just stops Blazer from pre-loading).
What you need is UnCache.
If you don't want to spring for UnCache, get a copy of Resco Locker, and check to see what programs are pre-loading into memory; then, move the ones what you don't want pre-loaded onto the SD card to free up some DB Cache. Actual free NVRAM means nothing on a TX; NVRAM is like your HD on your computer. You might have problems if the free space gets below 2MB, but the TX does not use this as operating memory.
Other than that, the other memory eater is the launcher -- free up some space by keeping your game lists small.

I think it has something to do with Wifi to be honest.....every time i reset with wifi off in the panel i can run SNES games but if i reset with the wifi on or connected and try to run Super Mario world, or any for that matter, it crashes or locks up....maybe wifi takes up memory when it has to turn on during boot up or something

Well, I'm pretty sure turning WiFi on will use some memory, but I have no idea of how much to be honest...

I have tried all of your suggestions (except buying UnCache) but, Alas! I still have the problem. I guess UnCache is what I need, but I'm too cheap to buy it (spent well over 150 dollars on my TX and users in the last month).
If all else fails, I can always play after a warm reset, is there any damage to my system doing this?
Thank you very much for all the help!

No damage whatsoever Just don't force a reset while something important is happening. Using the Reset button in LJP should do just fine.
