Hi, I have the BGP-100 gampad, I turn it on and connect to my palm (T3) and it works great, i can even define the keys on LJP in the "Config" screen using the gamepad. However, when I launch a game the gamepad stops responding. what should I do? thank you!! p.s. I set the "BT GPad" option. also, checked and un-checked the "Closed" option which i have no clue what is it for.

Just for others as reference:
The BT-gamepad buttons are hardcoded, no use to try to define them in the Config screen. You better define there your normal device keys. "Open" or "closed" refers to the gamepad being fold or unfold. The direction buttons are rotate around 90 degrees in "closed" mode.

I bought a BGP100 last week and it didn't come with a palm driver. Does anyone know where I can find the palm driver. I have a 700p, and I checked on Chainpus' website, but it hasn't been up for over a week now. I'm dying to play LJP with it.

I don't think you need a Palm driver, LJP interfaces directly with the BT gamepad AFAIK.

Exactly, no driver needed.

Sweet. This is awesome! Thanks! I was trying to get the palm to recognize the device first, but you're right as long as you have BTGpad on it recognizes it by itself. You guys rule!

Aiite - so apparently thingyieD is a straight up ihjit, or is missing the most obvious thing here...
N e what, I just received my BGP-100, and plain cannot get it to function (with my Treo 700p). Here's what I've done...
1) Power-on gamepad (success) 2) Launch bluetooth manager on Treo and add GAMEPAD as trusted device (success) 3) Launch LJP (using RC9); open "Config" Screen, select "BTGP Opn" and check box to right ("seemingly" for "2nd Player"); Navigate back to Browser and Launch Nes ROM - (shows dialog connection to gamepad and connection to bluetooth serial port "is" successful) - game launches with no response from any button presses on GamePad 4) Exit emulation; return to "Config" screen, and reset all input assignments to "none"; Launch ROM again - again no response 5) Try (3) and (4) with "BTGP Clsd" option - again no response
I know it has to be prally the most basic thing in the world I'm missin, but I seriously have no clue right now. Help me out yall; thanks. Holla

uncheck 2nd player option ...if only it were something that simple. I'm sorry, but I left out the fact that originally I had tried all with the box unchecked prior to checking that box, and had no success... BUT... Apparently there was a corruption problem in my Saved Preferences - which I noticed due to some other problems I had to get around after a full restore - but n e what, after restoring everything (and fixing what needed fixing), the problem seems to have corrected itself and all is well now with LJP and BGP! Thanks a lot fo the help tho samphex
