I had RC2 running for a long long time on my Treo650. Works great.
I'm doing an article on Palm emulation though and found out that RC7 was now available.
Download and install that and nothing works! NES and SNES roms just produce Could not load rom or immediate phone resets! Keep in mind all this stuff has worked fine for years prior.
So i figure i'll check out RC3, one rev newer than what I had run. Same deal.
So now i go back to RC2. Did you guys modify Rc2 and take the TG16 emulation out? It had been a while but i have TG16 roms on my flash that i swear i used to run in LJP but now it says that module isn't supported? Not a big deal.
Anyway i've got 9 megs free ram and UDMH either enabled or disabled and acceleration software enabled and disabled trying RC7 and no go. it just doesn't work.
So now i'm back on gold ol'RC2. I need to find my original ZIP file because i swear you guys took TG16 support out of it at some point after I downloaded it.
Looking forward to RC8, hopefully that one works.

the RC2 INI file is incompatible with RC3 and up. As for TG16, I don't recall it ever working correctly. Anyone else?

no the TG16 stuff is more of a 'placeholder' for the console.. but I doubt youll see it in LJP. LJX most likely will have it.

Thanks for the ideas, i still have the same problem. So after reading the suggestions what I did was renamed my LJP to LJPold. then made a new LJP folder and put RC7 ZEm files in there and made a GEN, NES and SNES folder and copied only the game files from LJPold, no configuration/ini files at all. Then copied LJP.prc to the new LJP folder too.
Then i uninstalled LJP using uninstall manager to remove any trace of it from my Ram. I used zlauncher's built in file manager to copy JLP.prc to Ram and then launched it. I set my paths to the roms, and they showed up. Click on the roms and i still get Error loading Rom. I even tried games I just have on there but haven't played, same deal.
As far as i can tell, i've done a clean an install as can be done.
tgwaste, email your folder to bushmaster2000 at mailcity.com and i'll certainly give it a try.

The Treo 650 has an internal hidden volume. Please check this for any LJP stuff. You can use RescoExplorer to do it for example. NES should run without UDMH etc. on your Treo 650 if you have some memory free.
