Hey all,
First of all, let me say that after a week of scouring the web and checking the various emulator apps out there, that LJP absolutely rocks!! Most of them want to charge money for an emulator that will only play roms for one game system. So far LJP has handled every rom I've thrown at it. Thanks for a great product!
Anyways, I just wanted everone's opinion. I have a Tungsten C, and wanted to hear some suggested key configurations for the SNES. For the gameboy it's easy wih only the 4 buttons (including select and start). But with the SNES and the L + R buttons, what keys do you all map them to? Just curious!

Let me know if you figure the assignments out. I have previously tried to program the L, R buttons to the screen, but they didn't work (I just get the "exit app?" message when tapped during game use) I have tried to map the L,R buttons to any of the letter keys that exist on the TC, but those don't work either. Actually as a result of the above remappings, I somehow lost the ability to map "A" to any button (even tried reinstalling, deleting prefs, etc) A bigger problem is that on the TC the emulator drops from 50+ frames to 14 Frames (with sound on) when any key or button is depressed. Hopefully Yoyofr can figure it out.

Right now there's no way to bypass this issue, since it's an OS issue. A way would be to hack (don't know if it's possible) the low-level keyboard driver in order for it to support the keysetmask function. The goal is to prevent key/button press to generate palmos event (which is time consuming and leads to framerate drop) But : 1/ I don't own such a device (only zod1 & T|E) 2/ I don't have enough technical specs about this So if a good-willed read me...
