i searched google and wiki but no much success someone have a list of how much dynamic heap, max alocc, each PDA model have?
im thinking in switch my TE2 for a lifedrive or a TX and i was wondering which one has a better dynamic heap, as this is a big point in deciding which one i will buy
however i think i will miss the mic of lifedrive, which could be of a great help, but the tx have a better storage against lifedrive (100mb vs 55mb), and i dont want to use the lifedrive hdd much, because it suck the battery fast and is slower
soo im still deciding
if someone can put a light here i will really appreciate

LD: slow (in the everyday work as people report), bulky TX: even with MemUnfragment and UDMH is it hard to get enough free mem for SNES The best devices today for LJP etc are Treo 680/700p/755p, IMHO.

You can always add an internal or external mic to the TX. The T5 is better than the LD or TX for playing LJP.

_Em: Nope, the T5 has at least less dynamic memory than the TX. I don't know about the size of the DBCache.

Don't forget about the Tungsten T3 - The best BY FAR to play LJP and other emulators, such as PalmMAME/MESS, MyUAE, Frodo and PalmApple

I agree with rcoltrane..The old Tungsten T3 gets my vote!!! But then again...I am bound to be biased cos i've used the T3 since the dawn of time....It still rocks

As far as RAM goes, T5 is excellent! All you need is UDMH and you can play ANYTHING. I got a chance to try LJP SNES on my friend's T5. The DBCache size is HUGE. Max Alloc:10,000,000 The processor of the T5 is also a beast. It can play SNES flawlessly with little or usually NO overclocking. I recommend T5 if you can afford it.

T5: The DBCache might be 10MB and if you're lucky you could use all for LP, but the T3 has 10MB dynamic without UDMH and the whole 64(?)MB storage connects continouesly, means you could use the whole memory as one dyn RAM block.
