LJP RC8 - Treo 700p

Im just curious i dont see many threads on the 700p. I got most of this stuff running ok on my older 650. But for instance, Mario kart, i cannot get to even run on the 700. I just get a blank black screen. I have it set to Core C, no sound, transparency, fast sprites off, smoothing fast, display sizde x1, frame skip 2, render exact. Changing any of those settings to and from default, changes nothing. Isnt the 700p good enough to run snes well especially with sound off? Same with Mario RPG. Blank Black Screen.

What is the proper way to install RC8, i was using RC3 before, and all i did was delete ljp.prc from phone and SD card, and deleted LJP folder, copied the folder from RC8 zip to card, then recopied the emulator folders direct from the old RC3 installation. Another thing to mention the only options showing up for me, is nes, snes, and gens. Nothing else is in the list. Any idea whats up.

Well i think my rom was corrupted. Remade it and this time its working on both. Sorry about that. Mario RPG however still does not. Just freezes. Old and new.

Make sure you delete any and all .ini files when transferring to the new phone. You'll need to set up your preferences and keybindings again but it seems to go more smoothly.

As far as your list, it now only shows you the modules that have ROMs installed.

I'm able to play Mario RPG with those same setting...not sure what the problem might be. Try setting audio to 11khz and then mute it in-game for a performance boost. That's the only difference I see in my set up from yours.
