Whenever I use the program, it brings up a message "Cannot write LJP ini file, preferences won't be saved." As it says, I can't save any settings or game data. Does anyone know how to fix this?

btw, none of the directories installed themselves. I had to make the folders for all of the roms and zem files. Could this have contributed to my inability to save?

Whenever I use the program, it brings up a message "Cannot write LJP ini file, preferences won't be saved." I'm sure you've already done this, but it bears repeating: make sure the lock switch on the side of the card is not set in the lock position.

The lock switch is not on.

Also: depending on the device you're using, you might have multiple card slots, or some internal memory might be being treated as slot 0. In these cases, LJP might be looking there for the ljp.ini file instead of your active external slot.

I should clarify. I'm using a Tungsten T3 with 1 sd card slot and a 2GB Sandisk SD Card.
Also, whenever I exit a game, a message appears, saying "Cannot open 01:/Palm/Pr..." I'm assuming this is the path to save the game, however, I can't actually see the full path. Hope this helps

You might google for T3 and 2GB cards. The T3 can't write on them. Known issue and unrelated to LJP.

He may be right. I have a T3 with 1Gb SD Card and it works perfectly.

There is no solution. 2GB aren't writable with the T3.
