The Centro is the Centro. It's a new device, and who knows what Palm might have changed in the HW or SW without telling us

Really? From what I heard they only changed a few things to make it stable....though those few things might have made a new version of Palm(garnet)OS 5

Yes, but maybe they change something that breaks something else without they (or we) noticing. It's how programming works, and a 10-year-old system should be very good at that

THIS IS NOT NEW. Lightspeed has been around for years. Sorry.

lightspeed was updated to support the newer devices, like centro so it is called lightspeed 3.0

In my humble opinion, Warpspeed is MUCH better than Lightspeed. At least for T3 users. And stay far from PXA Clocker, this one is the worst... But none of them are recent enough to be classified as 'new'

In this case, new means "updated to work on new hardware," something none of the other overclockers have done for years. I had talked to Dmitry about adding support for the 700p in Warpspeed soon after its release, and he said it was "in testing" and would be released soon. We still don't have an update to Warpspeed. So excuse us for being excited over a program that allows us to overclock 3 new generations of Treos that previously had no support.

the programmer for lightspeed is a good guy and the program is stable and easy to use... I actually purchased it originally for the zodiac because everyone seemed to like it and the 3.0 beta is doing a great job on my device (755p). my only complaint is that the screen is so small... hey countbuggula, what settings are you using in ljp for SNES?
