I'm going to be buying a Zire 72 in a couple of weeks ;D
How does this emulator work with the Zire 72?

You'll need the UDMH hack to run SNES & Genesis ROMS, and it would probably be a good idea to get lightspeed to overclock, if you want to run full speed w/ sound.

LJP works well. You don't need UDMH for all Snes games (FFII works without it) but it does help. There are a couple of weird problems but I'm sure they will be worked out in later versions of LJP. Personally I really like the Zire72. If you get one I would also get the Zire72 Hard case to protect it.

Insted of lightspeed you might want to try PXA Clocker @ www.hexview.com/pxaclocker/. You can try the lite version for free and the pro for 10.95. I heard it is better and is 9 dollars (US) cheaper than lightspeed. Don't know because I use a TlE which dosn't support pxa but does lightspeed. try them both and post as which you like Best ;D. |

Unlimited Dynamic Memroy Hack bascially takes free memory changes it so it is read as ram so bigger programs can run on your palm you can find it at dmitrygr.titaniumhosting.com/ its a great app that is very useful for the low memory heap devices such as a TlE |

I have a Zire 72s. I am trying to run Phantasy Star IV, and every time I load the ROM, my PDA fades to white and I have to reset. I have tried it with three different versions of the ROM and they all did the same thing. I downloaded the PXA overclock and that did not help. What can I do....

It works on my Zire72 with these settings UDMH is on and I'm not using any overclocking software. LJP settings *Video* Display: Full Frame Skip: Auto *Audio* Sound: On Freq: 44 Khz ZX80: checked Fast: not checked *Other* CPU Core: Asm Maybe if you are using UDMH you just need to free up more memory on your palm.
