seem like Bandit King of Ancient China don't work on LJP.
It's a NES game and whenever you go to war it seem to be completely black.

Hi,
I've updated to the 1.0 final, but this particular bug comes from previous versions: The SNES driver has a severe sprite priority problem with a game called "Taekwon-Do" from Human Software 1994. I also noticed the same problem with Final Fight 2. Is this a known bug?
Why some games, such as "Fighting Masters" requires fast emulation to be turned off to play sound? Without this feature, they run tooooooooo slow to be playable, even with my 533Mhz T3.
Thanks for this superb emulator!! Regards, Roger.

You might try using the exact renderer and disabled fast sprites and disabled hacks for the priority problem.
Some games don't work with "fast" modes just because this is what the fast modes do--they do some stuff in a fast, but less compatible way, and hope most games work with it.

Not to be a stickler, but did we abandon tracking bugs on the Little-John site? Shouldn't everyone be posting bugs to little-john.net/bugs especially if its related to henk's JLP updates? ;D

It's never a mistake to tell me here too, as I only seldom monitor the bug-tracker...

Sorry to post here, but it may go with what was said on page 1. I'm running a treo 650 and all buttons / emulators work fine execpt SMS. In SMS, no matter what buttons you assign, they don't do anything. (hard keys / keyboard / directional rocker) Sorry, this is on RC9, but that looks like the problem that other person is having, so maybe it's still a "bug" on 1.0 as well. I can't upgrade without remaking a whole new rom, so haven't done that yet.

metaview yah, i was just trying to determine best practices ... but it would still be better to keep all the bugs in one place. it might be overkill, but would it make sense if a bug is listed here to copy it over to the tracker? ... maybe thats overkill/duplicating un-necessary steps ...?

At least from me you get faster results if you post it here, and from time to time you collect them in a new list and ask about the progress...

Hate to be a pain, but can someone double check that the SMS controls function in 1.0? I'd like to know before I rework a whole new rom for my treo. Thanks much !

They work fine on my TX, but then, they always have....
[edit] Strange; I just tried a game I don't usually test with, and all buttons worked except the directional keys and buttons A and B. Out of curiosity, I then fired up a GG game, and had the exact same experience.
So it looks like this is an emulator bug (latest 1.0 release) not a hardware-specific bug.
[edit 2] Stranger and stranger... going back to my normal test games, I've lost 5-way and A/B controls there too!
[edit 3] I give up... it just started working again, with NO modifications to anything. I was pressing the buttons and nothing worked, then it suddenly started to pick up my keypresses again. The strangest part is that I had to press A to start the game; no problem there -- then using A as "fire" in the game failed to work (until just now when it started working again).
This doesn't look like something that'll be easy to debug.

_EM, that is EXACTLY my problem. I haven't tried anything other than SNES and SMS, I'll dive in and try the other ones as well. SNES is working great, but SMS? same as you..
