the mytreo.net distribution was technically illegal from the beginning; they just host a copy of what Palm used to offer. Since Palm and IBM are no longer supporting it, it's probably not something that'll be enforced, but it's still good to know what you're getting into.

So I complained to the Ceo of Sprint, and they didn't care, but I gave them the skills I learned in law school, and then they actually told me they were going to send me a 755, and sure enough a few days later I got a UPS package of a brand new 755! I have been so busy with school that I have not even opened it yet! Should I just sell it on ebay? Thanks for all your help!!

Hey, good job. Don't sell it, break it open and enjoy your well-earned 755. In my personal experience it's been much nicer than the 700p.
By the way, it seems Sprint customer service has gotten WAY better in the last year or so. They used to be horrible every time I had to talk to them, and the last many times I've had to deal with them they've been very helpful and friendly. I might've just been lucky, though.

Sprint realized some time ago that they were being very *itchy and it is what made them lose quite a lot of money....so they are changing their ways..
